During our trip we had the opportunity to spend a day in Malta and we would love to go back. The country is warm and inviting, and the contrast of blue Mediterranean water with the gorgeous limestone buildings gives the feel of reaching a holy land. We took a boat ride through the Blue Grotto, explored a fishing village and then walked around the downtown area.
